Haris Pavlidis

Haris Pavlidis is a former professional water polo player and currently a top-tier coach with an impressive track record of global success. Following a highly successful, multi-year tenure as the head coach of the Olympiacos Piraeus women's team, he expanded his career internationally, building a remarkable portfolio.

He led the Canadian National Team to a Silver medal at the 2017 World League and the Chinese National Team to a Gold medal at the 2023 Asian Games, securing their qualification for the Paris 2024 Olympics. In November 2024, he took the helm of the Greek Women's National Team, immediately leading them to historic triumphs: winning the Gold medal at the 2025 World Cup, reaching the top of the world with a Gold medal at the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore, and securing the Bronze medal at the 2026 European Championship in Croatia.
