Georgios Mallikourtis

Georgios Mallikourtis is CISO at the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB). His core responsibilities include the design and implementation of the bank's cybersecurity strategy, as well as ensuring compliance with the current regulatory and supervisory framework.

He has extensive professional experience in cybersecurity and risk management within the financial sector. In the past, he served as an executive at an international certification body, where he conducted security audits for organizations of strategic importance in Greece and abroad, as well as for a major Greek systemic bank.

He holds the internationally recognized CISM, CISA, CIPM, CDPSE, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications, validating his expertise in information security governance, data protection, and compliance.
