Charalampos Babilis

Babis Babilis has been leading Anytime Greece and the Customer Growth Division at Interamerican since January 2025, with a mission to accelerate the company’s customer-centric growth and digital transformation.

He brings extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to bridge strategic management with customer experience innovation, data utilization, and the enhancement of digital sales channels. Previously, he served as Tribe Leader for Customer-Centric Interactions, where he designed and implemented the framework for a new, unified customer experience. He also held the position of Chapter & Function Lead for Data & Analytics, building highly specialized teams and delivering data-driven insights to support critical business decisions.

He holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Actuarial Science and Risk Management from the University of Piraeus, and a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Applied Economics from Harokopio University.
